Reserch On MT Company’s Finacial Control Under Supply Chain Management Model

In the modern enterprise management, financial management is very important in the daily management objectives. To strength enterprise’s self-construction and development is a business requirement from economic globalization and the cooperation development, therefore strengthen and promote the enterprise’s financial controls undoubtedly has a great significant and far-reaching impact on today’s business management.Company MT is a large multinational group with collection development, design, production, sales and service transactions. Its main products include mobile phones, base stations, semiconductors, mobile phone batteries, automotive electronics and other electronic products. From year2003, based on its own situation, and in order to save costs, the company began to adjust its management to apply to the current business envirement, changed corporation’s management way from traditional model to supply chain management model. After the adjustment, the company’s existing financial monitoring indicators are no longer applicable; therefore to improve and adjust the financial monitoring system is the most urgent task of company MT.This article firstly introducted MT Company’s situation and his own experience, and then described the correctness of the MT strategic adjustment to supply chain model. Secondly, according to the MT company new management mode, decribed the importance of adjusting its financial control factors. Finally, based on the result of the new MT monitoring index system by comparing with past data, this paper illustrated the applicability and practicality of the new index system, summed up its supporting role in the supply chain management.This paper also provides a reference value to similar enterprise groups with practical significance.
