Tourism administrative environment is the foundation of tourism administration management existence and development,while the tourism administration management produce positive active function to the tourism administrative environment,thus to arrive at a sort of balance,and finally promote the development of tourism.In recent years, with the vigorous development of tourism in our country, the problems loom large in tourism service quality and tourism service quality supervision has become the key emphasis in tourism administrative management. The supervision and management of tourism service quality is the center and one of the important goals in tourism management.Strengthen the supervision management can promote the tourism industry’s overall image and enhance the external competitiveness. On the basis of clearly researching on the relationship between tourism administrative environment and tourism administrative management, analyzing the effect travel environment quality supervision and management from tourism administrative environment has vital significance on improving the level of quality supervision and management,advancing the developing of tourism quality supervision and promoting the sustainable development of tourism industry in our country.Tourism administrative environment affects tourism administration directly or indirectly.Tourism administrative environment is the foundation of tourism administration’s produce, survival, operation and development,tourism administrative management is always carrying through in a particular tourism administrative environment.The corresponding analysis on the compositions of tourism administrative environment can help to see how administrative environment influence tourism administration changes. All these achievements it made cannot be separated from the efforts of the Department of Guilin Tourism Quality Supervision,including adapting to the external environment initiative, making positive proposals according to the environment and taking appropriate measures to improve and control it.The Department of Guilin Tourism Quality Supervision is faced with new developing environment currently, and a detailed analysis of the confronting administrative environment seems to be very important. At present, the administrative environment that Guilin tourism quality supervision in is mainly embodied in the following aspects:the development of the information technology provides opportunity for tourism quality supervision and manageme-nt development;the new public management theory provide new directions for tourism quality supervision and management;Guilin Tourism Marketing Environment impose new challenges for tourism quality control and management;Tourism standardization become a necessary way to strengthen the management in the tourism industry;Supervision by public opinion become a new strength in promoting tourism quality supervision and management.To meet the current administrative environment situation, targeted measures should be adopted to the tourism supervision and control quality in Guilin,including giving fresh impetus to the informatization construction of tourism quality supervision and management of; speeding up the standardized construction of the tourist quality ervision and management;Paying attention to the supervision by public opinion of the tourism quality supervision and administration; calling for more extensive attention to the role of tourism association; phasing in the enterprise management methods to improve the tourism administrative efficiency. Only in this way can we promote the tourism quality supervision and management in Guilin, enhance the quality of tourism services, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of tourism industry.
