This project consists of4product onlines for60,000T/Y high-grade tissue paper, designed by China Haisum engineering CO., LTD.For the tissue machine, the width is5,500mm and the design speed is2000m/min, including the crescent former, NipcoFlex T shoe press supplied by Voithpaper company.On the basis of the analysis of the current development situation and tissuepaper performance index, the project design and process design are discussed inthis paper. The relevant production process, slurry and water balance, and thebasic equipment selection are declared, the paper machine commissioningprocess is introduced, and the full general layout is analyzed.Process design. The length difference was considered, different slurrymaking processes were chosed and top/bottom layers flow systems were used,thus not only makes sure the products final quality and performance, and savesconsumption. The design of pressure screen before fan pump can improve thepulp consistency and reduce the pressure screen size. Broken pulp system andwhite water recycling system can make the material circulation.Equipment selection. Advanced and efficient equipments selection canensure the quality of products, and improve production efficiency at the sametime. The selections of IntensaPulper, high consistency cleaner, low pulse fanpump, Master Jet Ⅱ, crescent former, NipFlex T and QCS system provide thenecessary condition for high speed and high efficient of machine.Total plane design.
