As corporate researchers of Biological products company, their responsibility and dedication will directly affect the company’s future. To make the researchers fully work for the enterprises in their efforts in LIBP company, and how to make them have courage to take on to contribute to technological innovation strategy for the enterprise. The answer lies in two aspects:on the one hand with the behavior of the rules and regulations for management and constraint scientific and technical personnel, on the other hand need to "people-oriented" humane sciencemanagement.In this thesis, based on the traditional theory of motivation, we use the way of a questionnaire on the current situation and main problems, researchers incentives to explore the concept of incentives from the perspective of the needs of researchers, implementation methods, and implementation of the difficulty as well as solutions. Thought in accordance with contemporary human resource management, combining to explore the traditional theory of motivation, combined with the needs of enterprises of scientific and technical personnel, explore suitable LIBP incentives and can play a real effect. It is different from the view that simply think that money can encourage all the people which is Misunderstanding.In this paper, the design LIBP researchers incentives, mainly emphasis the real needs of the researchers, the formation of the psychological contract, the formation of a breakthrough in human resources incentives for research, trying to make a common psychological contract to motivate researchers spirit of play role. Make Efforts to build a scientific and reasonable incentive compensation and other incentives, combined with incentives to truly meet the needs of researchers, creating a well organized environment, the implementation of reasonable and fair pay system and to achieve effective communication, human in LIBP company resource management practices in the incentives to find a breakthrough, to ensure efficient application in the enterprise.
