| Competition among enterprises is ultimately a competition between the human resources. Those companies which try to gain a competitive advantage by employees, must be capable to manager all the employees’ behavior and the related results. Establish a scientific, systematic, complete performance appraisal system is one of the most serious challenges faced by the enterprises today.For this thesis, analysis from researching the background and significance, which started from the literature review, make a systemic analysis for the current status of Anvis company’s performance assessment, define the conditions for the company’s further improvement based on the good performance foundation, analysis the deficiencies and problems of existing performance appraisal program from six aspects:job analysis, communication, department’s goal setting, accomplishment requirements, feedback and complaints for the performance appraisal, and integrality of the indicators for performance check. For the actual situation of the Anvis, for its shortcomings and problems, explore the improvement measures, show out the guiding ideology and design principle, and also discuss the improvement detailsã€standardsã€methods and progress based on project adjustment, system setup, job analysis, results using and other related aspects. According Anvis company’s specific reality, the content and requirements of the performance appraisal programs, this thesis also discusses the necessary supporting measures to implement the program. In order to build up the enterprise culture, improve communication and feedback mechanisms, we must strengthen the leadership and organization of the performance appraisal, specification the assessment process, improve the management system of performance appraisal, and also actively promote the formation and establishment of long-term mechanism of the incentive effect of performance appraisal, then to ensure the effective implementation of the program.This article provides a useful reference for Anvis company’s excellent performance appraisal program on employee performance appraisal system in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
