The cars and motorcycles with oil energy change people’s life, and make people convenient. but their discharge gas pollutes atmospheric environment, eroding the human health. With increasing of the global environment pollution, the shortage of oil energy and the urgent demand of the environmental protection, the electric bicycle emerge at a historic moment. It makes people convenient, and meets the needs of low and middle income people especially. The electric bicycle is a product of energy-saving and environmental protection, and a facility of people’s living, which saves cost of living.Pengcheng Electric Bicycle Dealership is engaged in the electric bicycle retail and after-sales service, which stands on Zhongshan city, Guangdong province. The article is on basis of classical strategic management theory, theory of competitive strategy, core competitive theory, and Survey Research, Historical Comparison, Literature&Consulting Method, Chart Analysis are used in this paper. After reviewing the development process of Electric bicycle industry, introducing business situation of Pengcheng Electric Bicycle Dealership in detail. The article dissects the problem and reason which faced, and raise the developing direction of Pengcheng Electric Bicycle Dealership. The paper analyzes the external&internal environment of Pengcheng Electric Bicycle Dealership with SWOT matrix analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Analysis, EFE&IFE analysis methods and PEST analysis. the mission&vision and strategic objectives of Pengcheng Electric Bicycle Dealership are generated with practice.
