Study On Energy Efficiency And Its Influence Factors Of Jiangxi Province

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the economy’s rapid rise, followed by the growing energy issues is particularly important. Jiangxi province is facing the unbalanced of energy consumption and economic development in predicament. The one hand, Jiangxi. province is a serious shortage of energy exploitation quantity of the provinces, but the energy demand in Jiangxi province with the high speed development of economy also continues to increase, there is a serious phenomenon of demand exceeds supply. The other hand, the industry of the province of Jiangxi in the traditional mode, namely "high input, high consumption, high emission, low output". Consider these two hands, energy problems will restrict the future development of Jiangxi Province, energy-saving emission reduction be imperative.On this background, the paper has a systematic review of the research on energy efficiency and impact factors at home and abroad, and on this basis, a comprehensive analysis of energy efficiency in Jiangxi Province and its influencing factors. Firstly, on the theoretical basis of the energy efficiency consumption, the paper analysised the present situation of energy consumption of Jiangxi Province, found that the Jiangxi energy efficiency compared with the national average there is still a big gap; Reflect the total factor energy efficiency data envelopment analysis, selection of input indexes include total energy consumption, total capital and human resources, output index using the actual GDP, a comparative analysis of energy efficiency to the period2000-2010of29provinces、 municipalities and the11cities of the Jiangxi province, the results showed that the energy efficiency of Jiangxi Province is too low, which is in the central region of the lower level,and has been showing a declining trend from2000-2010;in the Jiangxi of11cities,the cities of the lowest energy efficiency is JiiuJiang city and XinYu city,utilization of coal energy is low,high input and low output modes of production,as well as irrational industrial structure is the main reason for the energy efficiency of low of Jiangxi province.Then the paper analysises Jiangxi province energy efficiency, based on the existing literature summarized the effect of energy efficiency factor, and uses far regression statistical method on these factors were modeling and system analysis. Combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi province discovery, Jiangxi province which is high proportion of coal consumption, irrational industrial structure, economic system and economic development level is not high backward province, which will severely restricts the improvement of energy efficiency. Finally, based on the Jiangxi province energy efficiency and the impact factors of the comprehensive analysis, the paper gives relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
