So scientific evaluation of logistics activities is the premise of a new growth in enterprise, integrated evaluation on logistics performance has been organic part of planning resources and improving competitiveness. However, the logistics industry in china is just in its infancy,far from the level of operational efficiency can not meet the need, that if the logistics enterprise production and management at the same time, to science and their own performance evaluation and analysis, accurate understanding of their own business situation, identify their own strengths and weakness, so as to formulate measures to correct the management and development strategy, to make themselves invincible in the competition and continue to grow and develop. Therefore, scientific, systematic, comprehensive analysis and evaluation of logistic enterprises operating performance, the establishment of a complete set of logistics performance evaluation index system, the formation of a incentive and restraint mechanisms, has become an urgent need to address the logistics of the science subject.This paper designs an indexes system with two levels, considering earnings, liabilities, operation and development. In this paper, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is used to search logistics performance. Multi-index is turn to less indexes, and a more objective weight is put forward.After finding the disadvantages of PCA, Principal Component (WPCA) is presented, which combines the subjectivity of AHP with objectivity of PCA. At the last part of this paper, we use the empirical analysis shows this method can evaluate the logistics performances effectively. Evaluation results are more objective and rational. On this basis, made a number of policy recommendations.
