Financial Strategy Selection Of Listed Companies In China Based On Financial Quality Analysis

With the adjustment of economic structure and accession to the WTO,thedevelopment of listed companies is becoming increasingly important in the economicand social development in China.The formation of listed companies financial strategybased on modern strategic thinking and financial management.If the companies cancorrectly formulate and effectively implement financial strategy,they will be able tofully play their proper function and greatly advance the goals of corporatemanagement.This article uses normative research and case study and focus on the selection oflisted companies’ financial strategy of China.This article organically combines theanalysis of listed companies’ financial quality and the selection of listed companiesfinancial strategy to explore the listed companies financial strategy managementmethodology by financial quality analysis. In the first place, this article through theanalysis of financial quality characteristic of listed companies designing the evaluationindex system of listed companies’ financial quality. In the second place, according tothe positioning of the financial quality situation of listed companies, this article sumsup a variety of financial quality combinations which the listed companies may faceand proposes the method of financial strategy selection based on the analysis offinancial quality.Finally,this article uses the method described above to study the case.This article is divided into the following six chapters:Chapter1is an introduction, describing the background, significance of research,the content ideas and research methods of the study.Chapter2is about the theoretical basis, reviewing the research status andelaborating the theory of strategic management, financial management, financialstrategy and financial quality analysis, preparing for the following analysis of theproblem in next chapter. Chapter3is about the analysis of the problem. This article overviews thefinancial situations of listed companies, analyzes the quality characteristics offinancial situation of listed companies, and designs the listed companies financialquality evaluation index system.Chapter4is to solve the problem. By positioning the quality of the financialsituation of listed companies, this article summarizes a variety of financial qualitycombinations which the listed companies may face, proposes the financial strategyselection method based on the financial quality analysis.Chapter5is case study. Selecting Youngor Group Corporation as an example anduseing the analytical methods and evaluation index system to analyze the companyfinancial quality of2009-2011and make recommendations accordingly for theselection of its financial strategy.Chapter6is the conclusion. Concluding the article, explaining the limitations andthe innovations of this article.
