Research On The Exchange Rate Risk Of The Internationalization Of RMB

In recent years, with economic and financial globalization and the strong demand forthe various functions of the CMB from the asian region, the internationalization of theRMB has formed gradually. But compared to the international monetary worldwide, theinternational level of RMB is obviously too weak： the free float of the RMB exchangerate is still not achieved. The liberalization of the RMB has not yet been implemented. Inthe international process, the rate of exchange control shall gradually released on thedomestic economy. Based on this impact of the conflict, the writer spares efforts todevise the pass-though of the exchange rate impacting the domestic economy, in theprocess of releasing the exchange rate of RMB, so that the internationalization maypromote smoothly.Reference to the research methods, this paper applys the method of combining boththe theoretical and empirical models. The former may simplify the macro issues,meanwhile the latter may describe the problem in multi-angle way. Ultimately, this paperhas obtained the following conclusions.This paper has been divided into five chapters: First, it propses the relative questionsand makes the literature review; Second, analysis the quantitative of theinternationalization of the RMB index model to this article; then instructions to continueto promote the RMB favorable conditions and challenges; then apply a text model on theexchange rate on the impact of prices; the last but not the least, summarize and proposetargeted policy recommendations.The inadequacies of this article is that, because of my limited academic ability, theinformation collected is limited, countermeasures and suggestions for theinternationalization of the RMB exchange rate risk in the process of propelling requiresfurther study.
