Research On Corporation Culture Change Method

The second decade of the21st century, changes in the world is still increasing, and the environment of the enterprise is more chaotic. Sustained organizational change is the problem that more and more organizations cannot be avoided. The changes of the management will inevitably change the lifestyle of the enterprise. As an organization of human being, only realize the changes of the value and the behavior, can the corporation really change and innovation. Through the case studies, the personal method of culture change can rise to the common.First of all, this article reviews the studies of corporation culture change method.
