The second decade of the21st century, changes in the world is still increasing, and the environment of the enterprise is more chaotic. Sustained organizational change is the problem that more and more organizations cannot be avoided. The changes of the management will inevitably change the lifestyle of the enterprise. As an organization of human being, only realize the changes of the value and the behavior, can the corporation really change and innovation. Research on corporation culture change method, theory lags far behind practice. Some good methods summarized by many enterprises in enterprise culture change practice are worth to learn and fellow. Through the case studies, the personal method of culture change can rise to the common.First of all, this article reviews the studies of corporation culture change method. Then, by means of empirical research on China Harbor’s strategy transformation and corporation culture change, this article discuss the method of culture change and the logic behind the method, and put forward the four steps of culture change. Next, from other social scientific theories, such as symbolic interaction theory, interaction ritual theory and organization game theory, this article discusses the logic behind the method. Such research, make enterprise culture change more scientific, and the methods can be more general reference by others.Through the case studies, it put forward the four-step culture change method, and the method of corporation culture change is more mature. In this paper, it discussed the theoretical background of corporation culture change method from the view of Analytical psychology and the organizational communication.
