Nowadays, as the human resource is more and more competitive, whether the company can interact and keep the high quality stuff or not becomes the key to win this competition for the mid-small logistics enterprises in our county. However, the managers seem like have not paid close attention to the compensation management, which is the base of the human resource management. And the compensation system of our country’s mid-small logistics enterprises exist blemish universally. Most of compensation systems in these companies have the following problems:first problem is the unbalance of the compensation structure; second is the inefficiency of the compensation fairness; the third problem is the disunity of the compensation’s incentive and bounding function; the fourth is the lack of effective performance evaluation system. The main cause of these problems is the obsolete salary standard and the single salary structure of the current logistics industry. Hence, it’s a reality problem that is badly in need of solution for the mid-small logistics enterprises to create a logical and reasonable compensation system, which can adjust the background as well.With the background of doing certain research of the compensation management theories and the circumstance of our country’s mid-small logistics enterprises, this paper analyses the situation and problems of the compensation system, and offers a design model of compensation system. According to this model, we designed a new compensation management plan for the A company, which is selected to represent the mid-small logistics enterprises in our country. In the redesigning process, the job stations of A company have been divided, estimated, and deivided into different levels. The performance evaluation indexes and processes have been designed in order to provide a quartzite basis for the compensation stander. At the mean time, the new plan sets the compensation structure according to the four colonies-management colony, business colony, operating colony and function colony, which are divided by their different duties. Based on this proposal, this paper offers the compensation design plan for the mid-small logistics company of our country.The new plan has a certain guide meaning for the compensation system design of the mid-small logistics enterprises in our country.
