In north China the winter is very cold. Normal heating is the prerequisite to ensure residents’daily lives. With the accelerated process of heating commercialization, various heating management software systems have been put into use. However, the existing management systems have some shortcomings. Such as low efficiency, slow response, not intuitive, imperfections emergency measures, etc.This paper focuses on the research of heat management model which based on the three-dimensional intuitive visual management platform. Using SuperMap GIS products as development tools, first study the development of heat management model under the two-dimensional GIS platform. And based on this, further research to build three-dimensional heating management platform and design the visual, intelligent heating management model under this platform.The main contents of the completed paper are as follows:Detail description of the overall structure and data transmission network structure of new heating data acquisition system which based on the Internet of Things. In data transmission, useing the ZigBee and the GPRS network as two-level of wireless network communications solutions, realizing the 24-hour online real-time, accurate data communication.Preliminary realized the heat management model based on two-dimensional GIS platform. By heating management business and functional analysis, clear functional requirements; by data analysis, determine the structure design of the database; focus on two-dimensional scene analysis and design. And develop on SuperMap DeskPro to lay the foundation for the heating data visualization capabilities.Completed the 3D modeling of buildings and heating equipments, and detailed introduce 3D modeling process based on the 3ds Max. Realize the functions of surrounding translucent and hidden. It is convenient for heating equipment to separate view and management. And it is also an essential prerequisite for the functional development of 3D GIS.Design the 3D heating management model and the intelligent fault diagnosis early warning function.Importe the existing 3D models into SuperMap three-dimensional scene to build the three-dimensional visualization platform. Finally, through the data statistics and mining warn possible accident, early detection early prevention to reduce the accident rate.Winter heating affects the people’s livelihood. A good heat management system can instantly and efficiently to ensure heating smoothly. In this paper, the heating model uses the Internet of Things technology to improve the efficiency of data transmission and ensure real-time and reliable data. In addition to use 3D GIS management platform to acheive more real and intuitive dynamic management. Eventually improve the system function and put forward the early warning scheme of fault diagnosis, intelligent warning, in order to reduce the amount of the accident.
