Research On Low-carbon Green Development In Chinese Shipping

Shipping industry is the national economy’s fundamental industry, related to the national economy, national security and to be the important industry. Since the reform and open policy, our country’s shipping industry is developing rapidly, as an important part of the shipping industry, transportation industry have great potentials and development space on save energy and reduce carbon emissions.At the same time, the development of low carbon green shipping industry is also the only road of low carbon green transportation.At present our country shipping industry not establish a complete set of low carbon green development evaluation system, how to a comprehensive, objective and scientific evaluation of our country shipping industry low carbon green development effect, is a problem to be solved. This paper according to China’s shipping industry the objective situation and construct a set of perfect low carbon green shipping method and evaluation index system, and puts forward some proposals of energy conservation and emission reduction in shipping industry and measures, then for China shipping industry low carbon green development to provide theory support and practical guidance.In this paper the development of energy conservation and emission reduction in shipping industry at home and abroad based on the analysis of the current situations of shipping industry low carbon green development and ecological environment impact was analyzed, and the shipping industry low carbon green development intrinsic mechanism concrete research, according to China’s energy conservation and emission reduction in guiding ideology and requirements, to construct the network based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of our country shipping industry low carbon green development evaluation index system, and to shipping enterprise as an example, the use of "driving forces-pressure-state-influence-response"(DPSIR) empirical study on the model, the empirical analysis, the countermeasures for related research to provide practical basis, put forward the scientific, innovative and operational shipping industry development green, countermeasures for the future of country shipping industry low carbon direction.
