Local Government Investment Projects Management Mode Innovation Research In Our Country

As the amount of the government investments increases, the local governments in ourcountry have to actively explore a way of the managing the government constructive investments,which will be in line with our basic national conditions of our country and fit in development ofthe local economy. This essay focuses on the development of the local government investment’smanagement to avoid the drawbacks along with the traditional way of investments and improvethe quality, investment profit and level of management. The methods of comparative analysis,quantitative analysis and interview research are used in this essay to analyze the current situationof government investments and this essay will explore the suitable way of local governmentinvestment management base on comparing and referring to the advanced investmentmanagement of foreign governments and summing up the practical experiments of theinvestment management of the better developed area in our country. The argument of developingthe management is mainly based on five aspects: Project Financing, Project ManagementOrganization, The Construction of the Project organization, Project Supervision MechanismProject Management Performance Evaluation Mechanism. The way of invest managementmainly shows the mercerization, centralization, transparency and specialization. The purpose ofthe development is to allocate the limited resources efficiently, make the local government fullyplay their roles in developing the economy and the macro-control of the economy.
