Industry Structure And New Urbaniation Of Zhejiang

After the crisis stage, Zhejiang economic and social development is entering the key period of rapid transformation and whole advancement. Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, promoting the new urbanization road must be the main trend of future development of Zhejiang province. Therefore, how to promote the coordinate development of industrial structure and the new urbanization, promote the rapid, healthy and sustainable development of Zhejiang economic society, is a very important issue. Through the interactive study of Zhejiang industrial structure and the new urbanization, we can provide countermeasures to the healthy coordinated development of Zhejiang industrial structure and t the new urbanization.This article uses the research methods combined the normative research and the empirical research. Analysis the coordinated development situation of Zhejiang industrial structure and the new urbanization, and through the comparative analysis of national data, better accurate positioning present situation of Zhejiang, in order to better put forward corresponding countermeasures.First, this article defines the meaning and measure method of the industry structure and the new urbanization, summed up the interaction mechanisms between the two. New urbanization affects the evolution of industry structure by changes in employment structure, agglomeration economies, changes in consumption structure and other aspects. But, The industry structure affect the new urbanization through direct roles and indirect roles. First, affecting the structure of employment, spatial distribution and industry agglomeration, etc, and then indirectly affect the new urbanization. Second, the industry structure directly affect the evolution of new urbanization.Then, this article build indicators of new urbanization, using SPSS software to principal component analysis, estimate the new urbanization level of Zhejiang between1990to2009;And construct the optimization of industrial structure level, estimate the level of Zhejiang between1990to2009; Then, co-integration and coordination analysis the optimization of industrial structure level and the new urbanization level. Empirical results show that the industry structure and the new urbanization of Zhejiang exists a long-term equilibrium relationship, but the coordinated development level of two is low, only at the force coordinating stage. Compared by national data, we find that Zhejiang is consistent with national level in the coordinated degree, but the co-integration analysis shows the industry structure and the new urbanization of China has no obvious direct role in promoting; Then, the new urbanization of Zhejiang directly contribute to the industry structure, but the industry structure don’t directly promote the level of new urbanization.Finally, With the Zhejiang’s current coordination development problems of the industry and the new urbanization, this article argues that the basic principle oft Zhejiang’s industrial transformation and upgrading path is to choose the development combine the adjustment and upgrading, achieve the adjustment and upgrading in the development. So, put forward the following suggestion:First, develop in multi-channel, because of the different characteristics of regional economic development. Second, promote the development pattern by new urbanization. The third, actively promote the new rural development and new urbanization combined, develop collaboratively. The forth, fully considering the great effect of the labor structure changes, absorbing the urban population. Lastly, combine the resource utilization and environment protection, realizing the society economic development sustainable.
