With the continuous evolution and development of CRM, the industry through customer relationship management applications have achieved good business results. This study also focused on the predecessors in customer relationship management and communication of research results the organic industry groups combine customer relationship management, and thus more effective group of telecommunications industry to analyze consumer behavior and customer management group for the telecommunications industry to provide decision-making support.In this paper the process of writing and research, the authors apply the theoretical analysis and empirical research method of combining the theoretical knowledge of CRM systems, knowledge management, data warehousing, data mining technology, theoretical research, combined with the communications industry group customers focus on the status of the communications industry, small group practice of building CRM systems research and knowledge management, data mining technology in the local telecommunications industry, customer relationship management group applied research. In this paper, communications industry, customer relationship management group conducted a number of practice and exploration, then to some extent with the help of the communications enterprises in CRM technology, but there are many shortcomings, will continue to explore and improve.
