Performance Evaluation System Of Enterprise Pruduct Quality

The 21st century is the century of quality, Great potential for improving economic efficiency being embedded in the product quality. Quality is the company’s life and infrastructure The success of many enterprises have proven that reducing quality loss can significantly impact the efficiency ,and improve the overall performance level.This paper combining customers and community requirements of product or service quality with business objective to maximize the best benefit, on the basis of the quality cost、quality income and quality risk, investigates the product quality performance and it’s evaluation methods. From a more comprehensive angle, this paper brings the two dimensions of customer satisfaction and social satisfaction into product quality performance evaluation system, studies the concept of product quality performance, impacting factors, and requiring attentions, establishes a more comprehensive product quality performance evaluation system. Taking A Company as an example, this paper gives an application analysis to the product quality performance evaluation system. Through the analysis, it is found that the enterprise existed big shortness in product quality performance evaluation and issuing corresponding quality improvement recommendations. Product quality performance evaluation system is more emphasizing on enhancing their products’quality from the economic level, and enhancing their overall effectiveness.
