Along with the development of knowledge economy, the competition between the enterprises shows the talent competition more and more, the new generation employees (after80employees) has been gradually on the jobs, to become the main force of the labor force in the enterprises. Because of the big differences of the growth environment and the background between the after80employees and the after60and70,there are great difference in theirs ideas and values,all those difference caused a great many contradictions and conflicts when they work together. Because of contradictions and conflicts the research of the new generation employees, especially the research of new generation employees growth environment and mechanism has the frontiers and focuses of the research about China human resource management. The national natural science fund also put "the new employees and human resource management diversified management (G025)" as key project of the2011annual.Corresponding with the China’s "80", Japan called the new mankind, new Generation, western called Generation-Y, but the research about80employees is very limited, at the same time, because of the special conditions in China, foreign research is not suitable for the particularity of China’s80. In the kind of background, this paper selects the new generation employees as the research object, This paper tries to analyze the influence factors of their mechanism and growth environment, construct the evaluation system of the new generation staffs growth environment and mechanism which is Suitable for the background for China, and then give a comprehensive evaluation, measure the status of the new generation staffs growth environment and mechanism currently, according to the evaluation results to build a healthy growth environment and mechanism for them.Firstly, according to the comprehensive bout the concept of the new generation of employees from many scholars, giving the new generation of concepts used in this article. Systematic summary of the status quo of the domestic and foreign scholars on the Theory of the Growth, and the emphasis on the theories of domestic scholars on the growth of the new generation staff, and provide theoretical support for this study. Secondly, The basis of summary and analysis the research of on the staff environment and mechanism form the growth domestic and foreign scholars, based on the principles of science, feasibility, and guidance,Construct the evaluation system of the new generation staffs growth environment and mechanism on the basis of full consideration of personality characteristics and the growth environment and mechanism of them, The evaluation system covers the external environment and internal environment and the mechanism, divided environment and mechanism the into two levels:environment for the growth outside the enterprise and environment and the mechanism Within the enterprise. Again, Collation and analysis of data collected, Using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the new generation staffs growth environment and mechanism, give Countermeasures and suggestions to improve the environment and mechanism based on evaluation results. Finally, giving a summary analysis of the research for this article, pointed out the innovation and Limitations, Provides a reference and pointed out directions for future research work.I hope the conclusions of this paper about the growth environment and mechanism of the new generation of employees could provide some references and help for development of the growth about new generation of employees.
