The Research Of The Development Of Low-carbon Economy In Anhui Province

Human hope of finding a new development model instead of the original which releases large quantities of greenhouse gases because of the frequent occurrence of climate warming and extreme weather events. With the human analysis of the causes for the deterioration of the natural environment as well as deepening the understanding of low-carbon economic development mode. low-carbon economic development has been generally recognized in the world and the establishment of low-carbon economic development mode has became inevitable. Now China have explored and researched about low-carbon economy in many aspects and also have cleared goals, developped relevant policy measures and taken a number of incentives, in order to promote the sustained, effective and rapid economic development on the basis of emissions reduction of greenhouse gases.In this article, I first summarized the background of the low-carbon economy, the connotations of the low-carbon economy and characteristics of low-carbon economic development mode by the foundation of the theory of low-carbon economy at home and abroad, then I introduced the concepts of low-carbon technologies, new energy technologies, carbon trading and low-carbon city. These researches and concepts can deepen our understanding of the mode of low-carbon economic development and let us know the low-carbon economy is the trend. This situation prompted Anhui joined the ranks of low-carbon development, and the exploration activities of low-carbon model in the brother provinces also accelerated the pace in Anhui. The development of low-carbon economy in Anhui is not only to follow the trend, but also take into account the realities of the province. Only by the way of low-carbon mode can we solve resolve the conflict between Anhui’s economic development and resources and the environment.We found that Anhui has achieved certain results in the development process of the low-carbon economy by analyzing the development status of the low carbon economy in Anhui by combining with relevant data. But there are still some gaps compared with surrounding cities, there are still a lot of problems in the process. Through the analysis of factors affecting Anhui low-carbon economic development, we found that the problems of Anhui’s industrial structure, energy structure, low-carbon awareness and carbon trading market make the task of energy conservation be difficult. In order to solve these problems and show the potential of the low carbon economy in Anhui. I further analyzed the reasons of these problems. According to the related experiences of low-carbon mode at home and abroad, I summed up some suggestions and wanted to be able to play a certain reference.
