| The development of the Internet, science and information technology becomes the new blood in the industry strategic management. Many new conception and creative applications that are based on the Internet platform are emerging one after another, such as BBS, search engineers and some immediate communication tools, and so on, which are more or less related with business outsourcing in industries. How to make use of the Internet platform to improve the business outsourcing service and thus promote the strategic management of the industry’s core competence has come into the attention of many experts in the Internet and management circles. Against such a background, Witkey comes into its being. It is a creative outsourcing mode that strategically uses the Internet for business outsourcing. The Internet prospers with the emergency of new applications which belongs to Web2.0, such as blog, wiki, RSS and SNS, leading to Witkey mode coming into our life.The first part of the thesis is a literature review, which states the concepts of business outsourcing in enterprises and Witkey mode. Then, introduced in this part are the types of Witkey mode and its advantages are given, its features and problems in the present development of the mode. What’s more, this part analyzes the reasons, among which the main reason is credibility problem. In the third part, it is pointed out that credibility is the soul of Witkey mode. It also demonstrates detailed incredible performances in Witkey mode at present and analyzes the reasons. On the basis of the above parts and interview records, a questionnaire about credibility problems is made and mass questionnaires are given out after the formal one is confirmed. At last, a credibility and validity test, correlation analysis and regression analysis are applied to the returned questionnaires, and a credibility transaction mode of Witkey outsourcing is constructed based on the result of the analysis and a conclusion is drawn. The thesis puts forward some preventive measures according to the credibility problems in Witkey mode, makes a final conclusion and looks into the prospect of Witkey mode. |
