Researching Of Energy Cooperation Between Kazakhstan And China

Nowadays, the energy is a key factor that directly influence every sovereign state’s outer and inner development strategy. The country’s energy independence and security is directly depends on degree of development of the fuel energy. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, independent Kazakhstan in policy, economic, cultural exchanges and other aspects became a friendly neighbor and important strategic partner of China. Both of them like developing countries have common interests, especially, in economy zone equal conducted very fruitful energy cooperation. Overlooking the history of the development of bilateral cooperation, we can see that development of Kazakhstan and China energy cooperation is interdependence. Thus, introducing the characteristics, reasons and development history of the energy cooperation of China and Kazakhstan, also research the Sino-Kazakhstan energy cooperation facing challenges as well as forecasting the strategy trend of the development of Sino-Kazakhstan energy cooperation. At the same time analyzing existing problems between bilateral energy cooperation, influencing factors to the further development of two country’s energy cooperation future. And research the prospects of the Kazakhstan and China’s energy cooperation. This is the purpose and significance of the thesis.The first part of this paper summarizes the history and reasons between two countries energy sector cooperation, especially development process in1997until nowadays when between two countries government to sign a contract about energy cooperation. Energy cooperation is the most important basis for between two countries relations and accelerating factor of economic development as well as an important component of bilateral cooperation. Sino-Kazakhstan in energy cooperation achieve mutual benefit and complementary. With this bilateral energy cooperation both sides to obtain great achievements.The Second part indicating, the restricting factors of the China and Kazakhstan energy cooperation development. In my opinion, the two countries facing challenges in the energy cooperation will be long time exist, major challenges in the future, not resolve very quickly. Geopolitical position of Central Asia countries are special the "big game" that playing power countries directly effecting of Kazakhstan and Chinese energy cooperation and restricting the stable development. Kazakh-Chinese energy cooperation aroused the attention of the big country in the world, such as the United States, Russia, European countries. As well as in the bilateral energy cooperation environment problem, area safety problem also caused by the governments of the two countries concerns.The third part of the article stresses policy recommendations to the further strengthen between the two countries energy cooperation, and put forward more specific enhanced multilateral energy cooperation in the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the political mutual trust, the establishment of the Energy Club, and formulate of the Asian energy strategy, and promote develop bilateral energy cooperation in new aspect.In Central Asia Kazakhstan is one of the rich natural resources and economic stability countries, but China has become one of the important players in the world and regional markets, and with China in energy complementary to each other and formed on the basis of energy cooperation based on the formation of complementary is the Kazakh-Chinese economic relations protection factors.
