Tianjin Ocean Industries Agglomeration Effect Mechanism Analysis Of Economic Growth

Tianjin is located in the center of the area around Bohai Sea, which is outstanding on favorable natural conditions and resources advantages, and the base of marine industry is abundant too. In recent years, the development of marine resources has intensified, and the level of marine science and technology continues to progress, and the marine industry is escalating to present the state of specialization and centralization in Tianjin. Marine economy and marine industry has become an important part of the overall urban development strategy, and has a very important position in the city’s economic and social development. Especially,"Promoting the Development and Opening-up of the Tianjin New Coastal District" has been into the national strategies, and Tianjin has become the third pole which leads the economic development of China.As an important regional industry organization form, industrial agglomeration is acting as a more and more important role in economic development of every country and becoming the main current of economic development. The paper cites Tianjin marine industrial agglomeration as the starting point, and synthetically applies industrial economic, econometrics and other relative ways to the research. In the industrial adjustment, investment, innovation and other aspects, we make a useful exploration and research in the mechanism of marine industry agglomeration to promote regional economy development. And on this basis, we give some advice on, during "the Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, how to continue to transform the marine economy development way, promote marine economy competitiveness, improve marine capability of independent innovation, enhance marine sustainable development capacity, promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of marine industry, promote economic and social development, opening-up ofthe Tianjin New Coastal District, and construction of the ocean strong city.
