Research On The Impact Of The Regional Knowledge Stock And Knowledge Diffusion Science-technology Innovation Ability

In twenty-first Century, the development of revolution of new science and technology is making a spurt of progress, the effect of Science and technology played in the development of the world economy is gradually strengthen. And because of the powerful influence and radiation force from science and technology to all sectors and fields of society, it has become the most active factors and the core support in today’s world development. Innovation is a inexhaustible motive force of increase the level of national science and technology. The improvement of science and technology innovation capability is the base of national science and technology development, the powerful guarantee of the development of national economic, the key of improving the national general strength, the important guarantee of social stability and national security. Therefore, studying on the regional science and technology innovation in China has important significance of theory and practice for developing regional economy and improving the general strength and competition ability.Based on the knowledge innovation, knowledge management and technology innovation theory, the thesis researches the theoretical relationship between the regional knowledge stock, regional knowledge diffusion, regional science and technology innovation capacity, and found the three variables have the relationship about interaction. According to the relationship to build a theoretical model, based on the construction of index system of the regional knowledge stock, regional knowledge diffusion and regional science technology innovation capability and related data, applying structural equation models to estimate that there are four influence routes between regional knowledge stock, regional knowledge diffusion and regional innovation ability of science and technology, and after the significance test, the research found that:Regional knowledge stock has significant direct positive influence on knowledge diffusion; regional knowledge diffusion has significant direct positive influence on knowledge stock; regional knowledge diffusion has significant direct positive influence on scientific and technological innovation capability; regional knowledge stock has significant direct positive influence on scientific and technological innovation capability. Finally based on the analysis of statistical results, taking Shanxi Province as the research object, the thesis put forward the corresponding policy and suggestion about How to improve the regional stock of knowledge, knowledge diffusion and regional innovation ability of science and technology.The innovations of this paper are mainly indicated on two aspects as follows:First, analysis the influence relationship between the regional knowledge stock, regional knowledge diffusion, regional science and technology innovation capacity in theories. Based on this, the thesis put forward the relationship hypotheses between the three variables and theoretical model.Second, taking Shanxi Province as the research object, the thesis uses structural equation model to make a confirmatory analysis about relationship hypotheses between the three variables and theoretical model, and puts forward the related policy and suggestions.
