Weishi County Economic Development Strategy Research

County economy is regional economy at the county level. It is a link, connecting the each key link of the urban and rural development. County economy is the foundation of the national economy. In the national economy, it plays a significant proportion of the total amount. It is also a key plate to realize scientific development and coordinated development. The county economy development of inland underdevelopedareas is always in the primary stage due to limited economic strength over a long period of time, inconvenient transportation, uninformed information and shortage resources. Development and strengthen county economic is related to the success or failure of the great cause of progress that Chinese all-round construction ofwell-off society. The carrier of development and strengthen county economies is industry. If the industry development is good, the county economy is strong. In recent years, the central government has offered to pay attention to the development of county economy. At period of the twelfth five-year plan, China’s economy will pay more attention to inland and develop deeply. Especially, in recent years the government put forward the programming of the plan for economic zone. It provides strategic guarantee for the development ofcounty economy in the central area. It also provides a good opportunity for the county economic development of poor inland area. In this context, the research of the county economy development has important theoretical and practical significance, especially for exploring the general features and development law of county economy and giving some practical measures and specific suggestions.In this paper, according to the regional economy development theory，from the angle of mediumlevels and development，proposed based on the “Zhongyuan economic zone”construction, thereforeproposed to Wishi County’s county territory economy development strategic proposition, has made thedepth analysis to Wishi County’s ituation.For Weishi County in the current development of agriculture,industrialization, urbanization, proposed macroeconomic policy in the construction of the zhongyuanEconomic Zone.A new proposal was put forward about Weishi County agriculture, industrialization andurbanization in the development of the various issues.First papers on the county economy of concept, characteristics and function of the factors have asimple description. Followed on the theory of regional economic development at domestic and abroad, especially the development of county economy theory of the current status, have deal with the simplereview and summary. Then the dual economic structure theory, borrow technology theory, unevendevelopment theory, gradient structure theory, the sustainable development theory and other related content,their main research situations are summarized, and compared in this paper are to constitute the completeresearch theory basis. At the same time for regional economic and current status of the development ofcounty economy at domestic are briefly summarized. The second part of the Weishi farming,industrialization, urbanization and three coordinate data of the present situation of the data are collecting.On the basis of these data to analyze, we find out their characteristics, the problems facing the predicamentand bottleneck and future development potential. The third part through the first two part for thedevelopment of Weishi county economy analysis, puts forward the general rules of the development ofcounty economy, and found the economic put forward policy Suggestions.On the basis of study, we made empirical research. The result has the important theoretical meaningand great referenced value for the underdeveloped county economic development of the most of the inlandareas.
