With the rapid development of information technology and the continuousinnovation of network service, the majority of people have not satisfied withinformation accepted passively, but to get high-quality information timely,accurately and easily, so as to facilitate the extraction, collation, analysis,processing and utilization of information. Therefore, internet financial reportmodel will be bound to undergo the transition from the PDF format to XBRLmodel, with the progress of the financial information coding language fromHTML to XML.XBRL is an application of XML technology in the field of accountingreport. It can be convenient to search for information, and dose not need to typedata repeatedly. At present,more and more counties are using the XBRLtechnology, and the exploration and research of XBRL are also deepenedconstantly. Such network financial reporting model has penetrated into allaspects of the financial information supply chain.On the basis of the domestic research literature on XBRL model in recentyears, we found that the study on XBRL which our country are still only inexploration and introduction stage. It mainly focuses on the background,technical framework, the scope of application, advantage analysis, the risk andcontrol of XBRL etc, which rarely refer to the research on evaluation of itsapplication effect. Based on the above, the author attempts to construct a perfectindex system for evaluation of application results and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model of XBRL based internet financial report model, in order toprovide the theoretical reference for the further study of XBRL, and offer theobjective, timely, accurate basis for further decision of company executives,thereby promoting the application of XBRL smoothly in our country.The research methods are used by this paper including inductive studymethod, comparative study method, survey research method etc. Firstly, the dissertation introduces the basic theory, application fields of XBRL, advantagesof XBRL model, and effect on all relevant stakeholders in financial informationsupply chain. And, the dissertation describes and analyzes the currentapplication status of XBRL based internet financial report model in China.Secondly, it is revealed that Information Technology Balanced Score Card ismore suitable for the application performance evaluation of XBRL model, bycomparing and analyzing the rate of return on investment, economic valueadded, key process indication, balanced score card and other typical methods ofinformation performance evaluation. And, the dissertation builds the indexsystem for evaluation of XBRL model application results based on the structureof Information Technology Balanced Score Card from the value contribution,customer satisfaction, internal process, learning and innovation in four differentdimensions. Then, principal component analysis, Input-output Analysis andother theories and algorithms are compared and analyzed. It is determined toevaluate the established evaluation index system of XBRL model using thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation and calculate the right weight of variousindicators using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Finally, the dissertation makesa case of an oil enterprise to verify the scientific and feasibility of the indexsystem and evaluation model. And we analyze and summarize the evaluationresults. Meanwhile, it is concluded several enlightenment and suggestions fromthis case. For example, Our enterprise should accelerate the development ofXBRL taxonomies, encourage software developers to further develop relatedapplication software, increase the XBRL propaganda, speed up the cultivationof professional talents, strengthen the leadership and participation ofgovernment departments etc.
