Research On The Construction And Application Of XBRL Financial Report In ZJ Company

In 21 st Century,the rapid development of network information technology has lead us into an era of information and intellectualization,tremendous changes has happened in many social economic aspects.At present,more and more enterprises have used the internet technology to expose firm financial report about financial accounting information,which made the enterprise pay high attention on the network financial report over the traditional mode of financial report,and this new mode will gradually replace the traditional one.Even though most enterprises have their own financial management platform that is benefit for the internal management,but the lack of a unified information sharing carrier has made the communication and investors is not timely.Enterprises need to make different financial users is not convenient dig and analysis the data directly.The Extensible Business Reporting Language(XBRL)is just as a real-time online financial report which can offer a standardized platform among enterprises,not only benefit to the compile,exchange,analysis and reuse of financial data information,but also can prepare financial statement according to the users' demand without the restrictions from operation platform and language,increase the reliability of financial information.China has committed to the development and application of XBRL,in 2005 and 2006,Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange have join the XBRL international organization,since 2011 Ministry of finance has promote the XBRL's experimental work in the listed company and gradually generally generalized to the local stale-owned large and medium enterprises.The article focuses on the ZJ company as an example,from a practical point of view,accurately reflects the current financial statement mode of ZJ company,and puts forward the solution to build XBRL.It is concluded that the embedded XBRL can give full play to the value advantage of XBRL and bring financial management benefits to enterprises,and how to promote the healthy operation of XBRL.Firstly,this article introduces the research background and significance of XBRL,then summarizes and reviews the research results of the domestic and foreign literature,and makes a background description for the construction of XBRL below.Secondly,it introduces the concept and technical framework of XBRL,which lays the theoretical foundation for the study of the theory of financial information element and stakeholder theory.Thirdly,take ZJ company as a case study,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of constructing XBRL for the problems of ZJ company in financial informatization.Based on the experience of successful implementation of XBRL,the framework of XBRL financial report of ZJ company has been elaborated.Finally,based on the conclusion of the whole process of construction and application,this article summarizes the enlightenment of XBRL in the continuous health operation of ZJ company,and provides reference for other enterprises to promote the implementation of XBRL.
