At present, The competition of the frozen pork in China market is very hot, so, the frozen pork companies in such surrounding must formulate the marketing strategy which is suitable to the magnet environment, For example, Jinluo company do brand,Shuanghui company do product Yurun company do channel. For survival and development, how does G company make the marketing strategy for frozen pork business? The thesis takes the frozen pork market in Guangdong as study background, takes G company as study subject, uses large quantities of data of G company accumulating and survey data, uses modemmanet theories and statics analysis methods to analyze the micro and macro marketing environment and further analyzes with the method of SWOT, do the market segmentation of G company frozen pork marketing, then studies the target selection and market positioning marketing used by G company frozen pork marketing。 The thesis points out that G company faces the challenge and opportunity at the same time, if G company wants to achieve the excellent business performance and has continued growth in revenue and profit, the key is that the marketing-mixstrategies which contain product、price、 place、promotion and service must be formulated and effectively implemented.
