Through the implementation of this project, we hope to be able to make some attempt and obtain a little experience, and be able to make a point of reference for this type of application for future mobile applications.This paper first describes the theory of enterprise information and project management. Then describes the development process of the mobile communication terminal equipment and development trends of the mobile networks. Finally,introduces the implementation and development of the mobile office. According to the company’s actual situation, we chose the mobile office in line with the company’s business requirements to implementation, and make the appropriate selection and testing. After testing and comparison of various programs, we finalize the implementation program of enterprise information, and then proceed to the project approval and implementation. In the project implementation process, we used project management tool to control the progress and carried out a project evaluation to ensure that the effect of implementation of the project.Through the integration and validation of the theory and practice, we completed the implementation of Gansu Unicom mobile office with quality and quantity.
