Human resources are the most valuable resources, inexhaustible renewable resources for company. The human resource selection plays an important role in human resources management, which will has an effect on the development of the company. Therefore, we would focus on the recruitment, retainment. The modern enterprises try their best to acquire the core staffs that are the core competitiveness of enterprises. When faced with a dynamic and complex business environment, the company makes full use of the core talent to get the unique core competency and try to establish a sustainable competitive advantage (SCA). In the development of enterprises, the employees, especially the core staffs are got to help enterprises face the challenges and solve the problems. Meanwhile, more and more enterprises realize the importance of the system of human resources obtaining. They pay much attention to acquiring, nurturing, inspiring and retaining the staff.The study of human resources acquired for Dongxing Aluminum Company is not only theoretically rich human resources for the ability of the relevant theoretical knowledge, but also has (an) important practical effect in guiding the actual upgrading of human resources management capacity,(which) is used to explain the reality of Dongxing Aluminum the practical problems faced by the company, has important theoretical and practical significance.The research method used in the paper is literature summarization and the research interview. We focus on core personnel, recruitment and motivation theory, as well as the influencing factors of human resources. According to the situation of Dongxing Aluminum Company in Gansu Province, this paper analysis the achievements (the) problems, the reasons,(provide the conclusion of) how to solve the problems of the Dongxing Aluminum Corporation.We are trying to promote enterprise ability of get, retain talent, motivate (getting, retaining talent, motivating) core staffs.In this paper, the content of the study include:the first is the preamble, a brief introduction on the research background and research problem, theoretical and practical significance of the thesis, methods, framework and the overall structure; The second is the literature review. The review involves the core staffs, human resources recruitment, human resources incentive theory and acquirement of human resources. Then we introduce the situation of Dongxing Alcoa’s and staff structure briefly, analysis the problems and causes of Dongxing Aluminum Corporation.Aim at above problems, some suggestions should be offered, which includes:the company itself, human resources strategy, recruitment and incentives, as well as corporate culture. The company stress that it is necessary to attach importance to the recruitment process, but also attention to the incentive process to achieve and obtain human resources. Consequently, the study of problems and suggestions about Dongxing Aluminum Corporation human resources getting which is the key to long-term gains, to maintain a competitive advantage, is very important for the development of corporation.
