The subject of this thesis is about to give a comprehensive analysis of enterprisemanagement, based on the study of Jilin Weikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Itintroduces the common management problems which exist in small andmedium-sized enterprise in our country. According to the actual situation of theenterprise, by using the scientific mode of enterprise management, It proposed aimprovement of operation and management mode for Jilin Weikang.In Chapter1, the author introduce the present situation of both the world andChinese medical manufacturing industry development, and states the future potentialdirection for medicine manufacturing enterprise in China. Based on the four yearsfinancial index trends from2008to2011, the thesis gives out an general descriptionon the operation of Jilin Weikang. From Chapter2to5, it takes a diagnosisrespectively from Marketing, Human Resources, Financial and Information controland managemen, points out the existence of several problems, and puts forwardreasonable suggestion to improve the situation.Firstly in Chapter2, the reconstruction of the marketing channel is given as asuggestion to Jilin Weikang, after analyzing the present marketing condition and thechoosing of channels, according to the SWOT analysis and Philip CCDVTPMarketing Model.Secondly in Chapter3, by giving analysis of the existing organization structurein the enterprise, it finds out the lack of human resource management, and proposessome reintegration from Quality Management, Position Management, SalaryManagement and Performance Management according to the4P Mode.In Chapter4, it give a description of enterprise financial diagnosis methods, with the financial data from2008to2011as the foundation, according to the Fivedetection method, the radar map about Jilin Weikang’s financial management isworked out as evidence of ignorance of financial management and the loss of strategywhich serious hindered the development of Jilin Weikang. At the end of this chapter,the author put forward the solutions to the financial management system and thealternate of financing option channels according to the small enterprise’s feature.Finally, in Chapter5, from the point of view of information control andmanagement, proposed to enhance information management and internal control theJinlin Weikang should be in the management process, listed by Andersen risk modelJilin Weikang businessrisks amd how to avoid risks through information managementadvice and direction. The author belives that the establishment of the enterprisemanagement information system, the settings of the internal control department, willenable enterprises to moden management has become more scientific and rationalmore simple and convenient.The whole process of writing is a full diagnosis on Jilin Weikang’s operation andmanagement actually. Through the treatment, the common problems, which areexisting in the management in small and medium-sized enterprise, are of certainreference to other enterprise’s self-improvements. The study used the quantitativeanalysis method on a large amount of real data and avoids the defeats of singlequalitative analysis, which makes the whole process more clear and scientific.Although it is decided into four parts respectively, but each part is full analyzed in theenterprise strategy overall, making the diagnosis content a integrity. The author alsoproposed a more scientific and reasonable improvements for different parts tocomplete the final mission of the enterprise diagnosis.
