With the progress of our society and economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, tourists turn to the pursuit of leisure and vacation tourism products rather than the traditional products. The vacation tourism has become the trends of domestic tourism, and mountain resort is a kind of important destination and a choosing trend due to China’s resource endowments, cultural traditions, climatic conditions, travel habits and so on. There are some problems in the development of mountain resort, and the role and conflict of stakeholders have a great impact to the development of the resort.Domestic researchers don’t have much study and practice on mountain resort and mountain vacation tourism and have little attention to the problems and conflicts and the stakeholders in the development of mountain resort. This paper uses literature analysis and case study, analyzes the development and problems of domestic mountain resort, defines and classifies the stakeholders of mountain resort, analyzes the interest requirements and vertical differentiation of the stakeholders. Then this paper takes Kikungshan as a case, analyzes its development overview and model, studies its key stakeholders, including the formation, interest requirements, the relation and the vertical differentiation. At last, this paper explores the governance models in different vertical districts, expects to provide strategies and ideas for the mountain resort development of Kikungshan, and provides references for other mountain resorts.This paper discusses through the following seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, explains the background, significance, content and technology roadmap. The second chapter summarizes the related researches and analyzes the relevant theoretical basis, including stakeholder theory, vertical differentiation theory, game theory, symbiosis theory and the theory of economic governance. The third chapter is the research of mountain resort development situation, including the definition of the concept, the mountain resort development profiles, and the problems in development. The forth chapter analyzes the stakeholders of mountain resort, including the definition, classification, the requirement and vertical differentiation of the key stakeholders. The fifth chapter is the case study with the development and stakeholders of Kikungshan. The sixth chapter studies the different governance models in different function districts of Kikungshan mountain resort. The last chapter raises a conclusion and prospect. |
