Research And Application Of Virtual Resources-oriented Distribution Center IPO-2L Mode

With China’s accession to WTO, the development of productive forces and market competition intensifies, enterprise logistics distribution center in resource integration has begun to the virtual resources utilization direction of mining development. Ascension of virtual resource management level has become logistics distribution center creating core competitive ability and keeping the competitive advantage of main power. However the inevitably influence of imitation, virtual resources management can’t fully meet the needs of the development. This study, from the distribution center reality, virtual resources as the guidance, discusses the operation modes and methods of the distribution center. Specifically, the main job of the following aspects:1. Put forward the IPO-2L operation mode of distribution center.This article from the resources point of view of distribution centers, to establish the IPO model in accordance with the theory of systems engineering, Virtual resource oriented division of the operation of the physical layer and virtual layer. Analyze the target of output of the distribution center from the perspective of the business and customer.2. Put forward the concept of the "3-Precise" and analyze the operating part of the physical layer.According to the physical and virtual layer division, puts forward the precise operation, precise information, precise management concept, and analyzes the contents of precise operations, storage, sorting and distribution aspects of division and refined into a flow chart. In addition, the efficiency of operating the various aspects were analyzed3. Put forward the CATEF information resources processing mode.Mining and use the information resource of virtual resource, and puts forward the CATEF mode, and analyses the principle. Discuss the information choice-information collection-information transmission-information and evaluation-information feedback five steps.4. Put forward the O-PDCA method of process management and study the distribution route optimization.Put forward the Objective-oriented management ideas, combination of process management to establish the model of the O-PDCA management by objective, combined with one-page project management and signboard management theory study the distribution center O-PDCA signboard management methods and applications.
