The Study Of The Relief Effects Of Emergency Materials

Our country frequently happen disasters, under the background of global climate change, natural disaster risk is further more; at the same time, as China’s industrialization and urbanization quickened markedly, the influence of the disaster on China is growing. In order to reduce the loss of life and property, to meet the material needs of the affected area in the shortest possible time, China established the emergency materials, which played an important role in a number of relief. But the relief effects of emergency materials are not always well; there was inequality of the materials for distribution early the relief of Yushu earthquake. And there is no systematic research on the relief effects, then how the effects and the extent to the emergency materials achieved the intended target also lack of understanding.In view of this, this paper studies on the relief effects of emergency materials. The paper first introduces emergency materials reserve and the launching situation; second from three aspects of social effects, psychological effects and economic effects gives the connotation of the relief effects, and analysis a number of factors of the relief effects; on this basis, establishes evaluation index system of the relief effects, and evaluates the relief effects using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP); and finally gives the relevant recommendations of launching emergency materials, having theoretical and practical significance.In addition, there are3figures and3tables in the dissertation.
