Study Of The Reserve Mode And Its Structure Based On Materials Species

Natural disasters occur frequently in China, and the Wenchuan earthquake in2008and the Yushu earthquake in2010strengthen people’s awareness of the importance of relief materials reserve. Relief material reserve is the guarantee for dealing with natural disasters. Rational reserve mode can not only improve the ability of our country to deal with natural disaster, but also decreasing reserve costs.First, the status of the reserve mode and structural of relief materials are studied in this paper. Based on this working, the relief activities are divided into three stages according to the time processing. Next, study the rescue target and demand in different stages. In this paper the relief materials are classified too, the contact between demands of relief materials and the reserve mode and structural of relief materials are clarified clearly. And then, analyze the different reserve way of relief materials, combine with the rescue target and materials demands and characteristics of the different reserve way and set up an Objective Programming Equation. Last, solve the equation by using MATLAB, analyze the result and give reasonable suggestion, thus the result of our study provide a useful reference for our emergency resources reserves.There are eight figures, eighteen tables and thirty references in this paper.
