Research On The Optimization Of Enterprise Information System Adaptability

With more intense marketing competition, enterprises need improving their management efficiency and adaptability. Thus enterprise information system (EIS) has been widely used in many industries, and become the essential part in enterprises. EIS adaptability means the ability of EIS adapting to the dynamic environment, its improvement is helpful to improve efficiency, reduce cost, increase the competitiveness and profit. Meanwhile, the improvement of EIS adaptability is a question that cannot be avoided in the development and application of EIS. Therefore, the study on EIS adaptability has very important theoretical significance and application prospect, especially the related quantitative analysis and optimization research.The optimization of EIS adaptability is studied in this paper with formal method. Based on related theory and literature review, firstly, based on GQM (Goals-Questions-Metrics), the index system before establishment and that after establishment are proposed, and the indices in each stage are quantified combined with formal representation method. Secondly, based on the index system, the evaluation models of EIS adaptability are constructed with QFD (Quality function deployment) and Topsis respectively, and the corresponding evaluation algorithms are discussed, so the EIS adaptability is evaluated. Thirdly, the optimization model of EIS adaptability is built, and the optimization algorithm is given, that is, the adaptive immune genetic algorithm (IGA). In the algorithm, IGA is improved by adaptive operators to avoid their dependence on initial values. Forthly, the application strategy of EIS adaptability optimization is analyzed. Finally, the applications of the index system, the evaluation model and the evaluation algorithm, the optimization model and the optimization algorithm are verified through cases. The result shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the main research contents and the proposed methods.The study shows that enterprises can evaluate their information system adaptability quantitatively, and based on the evaluation, the optimization model can be built. Then EIS adaptability can be optimized with optimization algorithm. The study in this paper is helpful for enterprises to understand the status of the adaptability, master the characteristics and the law of the adaptability, and lay the theory foundation for EIS adaptability. Meanwhile, based on the status of EIS adaptability, enterprises can improve their ability of adapting to the dynamic environment by optimizing business process and the corresponding software module, so that information systems can meet their needs, improve the robustness and practicality of EIS, realize the information flow in order and enhance the leaping enhancement of competitiveness.
