This paper is aimed at the human-holding mechanism in Beijing A Real Estate Development Co., LTD, uses Price-Mueller model for this research. We surveyed174employees from all departments and ranks in this company and analysed the data. First, we prove the four influence path to employees’ turnover intention designed in the Price-Mueller model (three for indirect and one for direct) are existing in this company, and these influent-effections are notable. Second, we use the econometrics method to analyse the degree of factors’influence to employees’turnover intention. And through the data analysis results we find that:1) In the path of job satisfaction, the influence effection of work dedication, positive affectivity, job autonomy, role ambiguity and inner social support are notable.2) In the path of organizational commitment, the influence effection of kinship responsibility, job involvement, mct expectation, inner social support, professional growth chance, payment and promotional chance are notable.3) In the path of job search behavior, the influence effection of job satisfaction and organizational commitment are notable.4) In the direct path, the influence effection of job satisfaction and o job search behavior are notable but not that of organizational commitment. At last, we offer some useful proposes depends on these results.
