In recent years, the phenomenon which higher fresh agricultural products outputis not accompanied by a higher income appears constantly. It directly affects thefarmers’ income, also influence the level of people’s life. The cold-chain logistics offresh food contains many process,and each process operationing and linking up witheach other will have an impact on security. Therefore, the process reliability receivesthe attention.This thesis aims at all the links from the harvest to sales for fresh agriculturalproducts,and studies the process of the cold-chain logistics, and the safety reliabilityof the cold-chain logistics. First,in the case of straight-to-supermarket distribution ofagricultural products,it analyses the general logistics mode of fresh agriculturalproducts,the classification of fresh agricultural products,and the theory of cold-chainlogistics.In addition,it comprehensively compares the theories and methods for thesafety evaluation of cold-chain logistics,and the theories and methods for the processof cold-chain logistics.Then it analyses the overall structure of cold-chain logisticssystem,discusses the cold-chain logistics of fresh agricultural products demanding toequipment and facilities, preservation techniques, logistics channels, and operationalefficiency,and summarizes a lots of safety reliability influencing factors in thecirculation process of fresh agricultural products,such as loss of weight, short lengthfor preservation, perishable,and the high requirements for temperature.With logistics process of banana as an example,the thesis analyses the bananacold-chain process.First,it establishes process evaluation index system, uses analytichierarchy process(AHP),analyses the matching degree between the priority matrixevaluation index and the process, builds integrated identification model of keyprocess using entropy method,and sorts out the key process of cold-chainlogistics.Then it establishes the GO-FLOW model(figure) of banana cold-chainlogistics system using GO-FLOW safety evaluation method,through the GO operation,evaluates the security risk of banana logistics process,find the safety reliabilityinfluencing factors of banana cold-chain logistics, improves parameters for findingout key process above,verifies the influence degree of improved key process tosecurity risks of the cold-chain logistics.Finally, it verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model using acase,and points out the optimization methods and measures to the key process of freshagricultural products cold-chain logistics.
