Nowadays, the area of the farming is a problem that our country pays attention to,nodoubtedly, the rural infrastructure construction occupys an important position in farming.The paper will use the empirical method to analysis our country rural infrastructureconstruction and investment influencing factors,and the Korea and Indian model of new ruralconstruction and development are introduced to illustrate the significance to our country.The empirical analysis is divided into two parts: the first part is empirical analysis of thesituation of rural infrastructure, rural infrastructure is divided into the basic facilities ofagricultural production infrastructure, farmer life infrastructure and social infrastructure,factor analysis in SPSS18.0 is used to find out their respective influence factors, and the 31provinces are analyzed and ranked; the second part takes the Guizhou Province which isbackward in the national rural infrastructure condition comparative ranking as an example,the analysis method for the simultaneous equation model and Grainger causality inspection inquantitative analysis tool EVIEWS6.0 are used to analyze.The conclusions are got through empirical analysis: the rural infrastructure of ShandongProvince, Henan Province, Sichuan Province, Jiangsu province and Guangdong Province arebest, while the Guizhou Province, Gansu Province, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Tianjin city, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Hainan Province, Qinghai province andthe Tibet Autonomous Region are worst; government investment to rural infrastructurefacilities development is of great stimulative effect, increasing the income of farmers is animportant way to improve employment levels, rural electric power is one of the most criticalfactors to increase agricultural productivity, productivity and employment level, ruraleducation’s raising is a favorable factor to increase the level of non-agricultural wage, thegovernment investment to water, electricity, education and communications also promotestheir improvement.
