With the rapid development of social economy today, people’s material life becomes moreand more colorful.At the mean while, the pressure of working and modern life in city increases,their life out of work decreases. People begin to yearn for returning to the natural life, especiallyfor those who have living in the cities for long time. By developing agricultural tourism parksnear the city, it not only can make the travel convenient, help people take a relaxing weekendholiday, enjoying the tranquil nature style, cultivating the mind, releasing the pressure of spiritual,but also can develop the local resources, enriches the local farmers, increases the financialrevenue.Meanwhile,it help to increase the people’s working fervency,promote their spiritual lifegenerally, and then improve people’ working enthusiasm and life happiness. This project islocated in the city suburbs, own a unique natural environment condition.It get the localgovernment’s support and financial subsidies, response to the spirit of the Seventeenth NationalCongress of the CPC and can improve the livelihood of the people.This paper uses the basic theory of project feasibility study, learn from the other investmentproject’s experience, combine with the practice, and analyse the feasibility of the projectinvestment by using the financial analysis method. This paper mainly includes five parts: the firstpart is the introduction,it outlines the development of the theory of feasibility study, puts forwardthe major content and analysis method in this paper; The second part introduces the contents ofthe feasibility study of agricultural tourism park project and the general method in using; Thethird part introduces the project’s situation and related design; The fourth part analyses thefinancial evaluation and the risk of this project; The fifth part formed to study the conclusions andrecommendations.
