In the common roles of the soaring between population, resources, energy, environmentcontradiction, the continuously improving of environgmental improvement standards and thepromoting of the market demands, as a new industry remanufacturing is paid more and moreattention to. Remanufacturing is an effective mean to build a resource-conserving society andenvironment friendly society develop circular economy and realize the sustainabledevelopment. Remanufacturing started later in China, in order to improve the quality standardof the remanufacturing products and promote remanufacturing develop rapidly, in this thesis,quality chain theory was adapted for the quality research of remanufacturing products.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign remanufacturing industry and quality chainmanagement theory development status, made literature review on remanufacturing andquality chain, and concluded the aspects that this involves, research characters, research treadand the cross points of these two aspects. This thesis integrated quality chain theory, entropymethod, quality house, scoring method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluateremanufacturing product’s quality.1. This thesis analyzed the relevant theories. Expounded the basic connotation, researchcontent, framework and so on of the quality chain and remanufacturing theores. Comparedwith the difference between the quality chain, Supply Chain and Value Chain, between theremanufacturing, maintenance and manufacturing; at the same time, explored the relationshipbetween remanufacturing and circular economy, overviewed the benefit of remanufacturingindustry.2. This thesis established quality evaluation index system. Constructed Remanufacturing ProductQuality Chain Model, based on quality chain theory, combined with the analysis of quality characteristicsand production operations and work flow in remanufacturing, and defined the quality factors ofremanufacturing product accordingly. And then followed the selection principle of index, constructed theevaluation index system, which included 30 indicators in two-tier evaluation index system of five majorcategories—collector link, design development link, remanufacturing processing link, sales link andafter-sales service links. In order to analyze conveniently, the thesis willed the evaluation index system intotwo most, one is the objective index, which are quantifiable and easy to obtain the data, the other is thesubjective index, which aren’t quantitative or difficult to obtain data.3. This thesis constructed the Remanufacturing Product Quality Evaluation Model.Introduced some commonly used methods of defining index weight coefficient andcomprehensive evaluation, choosed the research methods that suited this thesis: used entropymethod to determine the weight of objective index, and used scoring method and QualityHouse to determine the weight of subjective index, then through fuzzy integration by fuzzyevaluation method to build the Remanufacturing Product Quality Evaluation Model. 4. According to the model, the case study and tack research are made. The thesis takedsteyr remanufacturing engine as an example, through the analysis of Quality EvaluationModel which was constructed pervionsly, the thesis finally worked out steyr remanufacturingengine’s quality results value. According to the results, analyzed the key index and qualitybreakthrough that effected the remanufacturing product’s quality. At last, in order to improvethe remanufacturing product’s quality and perfect the remanufacturing market system, thethesis proposed some countermeasures from the five aspects: policies and regulations,technology research and development, recycling system, social consciousness and marketleading to promote the remanufacturing industry to develop fast. |
