Research On The Performance Of Logistics Industry Cluster In Liaoning Province

The development of logistics industry cluster is a kind of the important economic phenomenon, is the result of modern logistics industry, is also the development direction of logistics industry of China. The important role of logistics industry cluster in promoting the development of logistics industry and driving region economy development gradually attract the high attention of the government.In recent years, the logistics industry of Liaoning Province has been developing rapidly, initially forming the three levels, multiple nodes of the province of modern logistics industry system, which is in Shenyang, Dalian, Jinzhou as the core, Dandong, Yingkou as the support, the rest of the city as the basic. But the city of Liaoning Province is numerous, between. Because of the cities’geographical location, population, industrial layout and other reasons, the development is unbalanced and resource vacancy defects. How to solve these problems, and how to improve the economic and social benefits of logistics industrial clusters in Liaoning Province in Liaoning’s important task to promote the development of logistics industry. So the establishment of a comprehensive and efficient performance assessment system of logistics industrial cluster is a important topic.This paper bases on the research of the logistics industry cluster and logistics performance evaluation of the relevant theory, and tries to construct a scientific, reasonable performance evaluation assessment system of logistics industrial cluster. Logistics industry cluster is essentially a part of an economic system. Based on the systematic view, the logistics industry cluster performance includes output capacity, agglomeration, innovation ability, competition and cooperation, infrastructure construct-ion, social economic contribution, industry linkage in seven aspects. This paper takes the 14 cities of Liaoning Province as the research object, using quantitative and qualitative indicators to compose the data of the original logistics development evaluation index system. This thesis constitutes a new evaluation index system by using SPSS and Excel to sieve indexes, removing repetitive larger and the difference of the smaller indexes, then uses factor analysis to appraise the performance of 14 cities of Liaoning Province logistics industry, then cluster evaluates the cities’logistics industry development level with the Mintab. Finally,14 cities mainly divide into five categories. Quantitative evaluation based on the combination of logistics industrial clusters in Liaoning province development and qualitative evaluation, summes up Liaoning to save 14 cities logistics development degree and development mode, and put forward the strategy of developing the logistics in Liaoning province. The study is helpful for the government to understand logistics status and role, to put forward the development policy to promote logistics industry development.
