Luliang Unicom Ip Broadband Nine Research Phase Of The Project Schedule Control

Project Management (PM) is a bit new field in management realm, which is for making reasonable plans, coordinating, controlling, and guaranteeing a successful project. Process management is one of the core theories in PM. Project design and control go through the whole PM process. Only implementing this method in reality can effectively control the project time, resource, and cost. All activities and resources in the project must obey the plan and control, only by which the purposes of cost saving, efficiency increasing, and quality guarantee can be realized.This paper is based on the theory of project timing management, combing with the PM knowledge system and my three-year working experience in equipment maintenance. By analyzing the construction scale and the scale of expanding the capacity for the projects’IP broadband network in Lv Liang Unicom’and’the 9th IP broadband’, set the proper project schedule. Finish all activities in each phase according to the requirement, control the project process, implement the project based on the plan, in order to make sure the project can be fulfilled on time. This paper can be taken as reference for other similar projects.
