With the rapid development of communication industries and the issuance of 3G licenses and the policy of the integration of telecommunications networks, cable TV networks and the internet.All these new operation conditions has greatly promoted the competition of the telecommunication market, which is increasingly fierce. With the recently re-engineered Unicom, many challenges are inevitable. As a result, as the "channel is king," the channel system will undoubtedly become an important research subject. The modern theory of marketing points out that channels are of utter most importance:by creating efficient sales channels to win customers, seize market opportunities. With the expansion of market competition, marketing channels, as a leading role in the market, has many functions:sailing, providing services and feedback of the market information, all of those played a increasingly important role for the development of the telecommunications enterprises. Because the market are divided into ever more branches, the channel power will become the core competitiveness of telecom companies. Competition among telecommunications companies, not confined by the products and services offered, more important is the marketing channels they have. Practice both at home and abroad in recent years have proved that the quality of the sales channels exert a profound influence on those telecommunications enterprises. Facing the new competition situation, how to beat other opponents in the construction of channel system become the most important strategy that JiaoZuo Unicom have to face in the future.JiaoZuo Unicom, as one of China’s three major telecom operators, with the issuance of 3G licenses, is facing unprecedented opportunities of development. JiaoZuo Unicom should give full play to their dominant figure in the 3G field, and the merge of JiaoZuo Netcom brought by the channel resources through the innovative development of various marketing channels, and gradually expand the market shares. This paper describes the basic concepts of marketing channels and marketing channels, construction of the basic content, and then analyzes the new challenge facing the new JiaoZuo Unicom, the main problems that exist in the construction of the channels.
