It also positively helps to deepen the reform of forestry property right system, accelerate the construction and development of forestry industrial system and accomplish the sustainable development of forest resources.Nowadays, forest resources assets valuation theory system is relatively perfect in china, and valuation methods are diverse, but the commercial forest assets valuation lacks of the systematic theoretical research, especially the fundamental theory study is relatively weak; during operation the assessment methods there is no uniform standard, it is lack of sciences ,because many still remain in the evaluated by experts, financial experts and experts in forestry composition assessment staff experience. Therefore, this paper describes the basic principle system of commercial forest assets valuation and specific methods, in the course of the research, combined with the theory and methods of forest resources assets valuation, from the previous research results of asset valuation of forest resource development and application, and aims at growth characteristics of commercial forest, the characteristics of value formation and laws of commodity forest classification characteristic in china, discusses the applicable to commercial forest assets valuation theory and methods deeply. Finally, introducing native to Malaysia and Indonesia ’s oil palm forest as an example, further validation of the commercial forest assets valuation theory and the feasibility of the method. At the same time, the reason of chosing the oil palm plantation is that on the one hand it is a kind of typical commercial forest; on the other hand, according to the concerned data shows, in recent years the amount of the imported palm oil increases considerably in China, not only it can be widely used in the food industry, can save the cost, but also other additional product of oil palm plantation can be extensively used, and lay the foundation for for introduction of palm forest in china.Through the furthermore inaugurate the commercial assets valuation ,further perfect the basic theory and valuation method of commercial assets valuation in our country, it’s not only conductive for the national macro to control the price of commercial forest resources, but also for decision-making of commercial forest management. |
