Hebei Province Industrialization Of Agriculture Leading Enterprises Competitiveness Research

Agricultural industrialization is the only way for the development of agriculture, along with the development of agricultural industrialization, industrialization of agriculture leading enterprises are in the continuous development, at present, agriculture leading enterprises of Hebei are small number, small scale,weak of development capability, and common core competitiveness is not strong, which to a certain extent, restricted the the pace of development of agricultural industrialization. This paper aims to study the core competitiveness of leading agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province,which in order to change the the present situation of agriculture leading enterprises in Hebei province lack of the core competitiveness,so that we can accelerate the development of leading enterprises,increase farmers’ income,speed up the pace of constructing new countryside, from a certain extent, alleviate the pressure of the "Three Rural Issues".This paper, from the most basic theory of the core competitive capacity of enterprises, leads the connotation of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and finds out the existing problems of the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Hebei province,and finally draw the conclusion that we should cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of leading agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province, that is,to strengthen the enterprise system construction, strengthen the leading enterprise human resources development, speed up the leading enterprise pace of technological innovation, establish and perfect the benefit coupling mechanism, improve leading enterprise financing ability, strengthen infrastructure construction, establish and perfect the socialized service system and create a good market environment for development of leading enterprises,, casting enterprise culture, and nurture the brand of the leading companies and so on, hoping to put forward a kind of thought for the industrialization of agriculture leading enterprise to strengthen the core competition ability.
