With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become more and moreimportant for individuals and organizations to obtain competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing isa hot research field of knowledge management, and knowledge sharing within the team in recentyears caused more widespread concern. Many studies have begun to shift their attention to people.Because knowledge sharing, especially tacit knowledge sharing is a personal voluntary act, theorganization can not force employees to contribute their knowledge. They can achieve the goal onlythrough incentive system and the culture construction. Scientific research team often bears the taskof subject development and research innovation. So each member must share knowledge, exchangeideas and experiences in order to cooperate well and complete task or project. In this paper, we use the theory of reasoned action from the field of social psychology, toconduct empirical research on knowledge sharing intention of scientific research team members.First we defined some concepts of knowledge sharing in scientific research team, including theteam, scientific research team, knowledge, knowledge sharing and scientific research teammembers’knowledge sharing. On this basis, knowledge-sharing influencing factors weresummerised when the the five knowledge-sharing perspectives: Interaction, learning, rights, marketand social exchange perspective were discussed. Then the theory of reasoned action was used as thebasic framework to build a conceptual model of knowledge sharing intention on scientific researchteam members. In the mean time, we analyzed the factors of knowledge sharing on scientificresearch team members from the dimensions of attitude and subjective norms, and proposedhypotheses. After that, we used statistical software SPSS for data processing. Then with theapplication of structural equation modeling approach, we analysised and modified model. At lasthypotheses proposed before in this paper were verified. The study found that attitude toward behavior has a significant positive impact on behaviorintention. Attitude is the main factors to determine behavioral intention. Subjective norms influencebehavioral intentions indirectly through behavior and attitude. Expected returns, psychologicalownership of knowledge and interpersonal trust are positively related to knowledge sharing attitude. At the same time, perceived management support and team and atmosphere of mutual caring in theteam have indirect effects on subjective norms through attitude, thereby affecting the knowledgesharing intention of scientific research team members. Finally, according to the conclusions from empirical research, we put forward some suggestions about how to enhance knowledge-sharing in scientific research team. This not onlymakes some contribution on theoretical development, but has certain significance in practice.
