With the developments of internet technology and e-commerce technology, a series of new market space, new marketing methods, new consumers and new consumption patterns are emerging in large numbers. TAOBAO network, subordinated to ALIBABAB network, is the main force of C2C pattern on-line shopping, it provides the on-line virtual market for us. As a product of the development of e-commerce, based on C2C pattern network techniques, on-line shops are characteristic of open, high efficiency and low cost, and it is breaking down barriers of traditional marketing to bring more vast development space.This paper selected C2C pattern on-line shops of TAOBAO network as study object. Firstly, it analyzed the psychology and behavior when consumer purchasing products online and the competition status among on-line shops. Then it revealed the problems in on-line shop operation by analyzing the current situation and tendency of C2C pattern on-line shops. Lastly, based on market segmentation and accurate market positioning, considering the impact of five "C" factors, such as consumer, cost, communication, convenience and credit, this paper put forward practical strategies for C2C pattern on-line shops on four aspect: production, price, place and promotion.
