The Evaluation Of Enterprise Green Performance Based On Green Supply Chain Of The Automotive Industry

With the deterioration of environmental pollution and resource depletion, the greensupply chain will become the development trend of the traditional manufacturing supplychain. The automotive manufacturing industry is an important part of the traditionalmanufacturing industries, it have a significant impact on resource utilization, productionprocess, product use and scrapption while creating wealth and value and providing peoplethe convenience. It is necessary for automobile manufacturing enterprises to pursue theenvironmental benefits but also for economic and social benefits from the environmentalbenefits during the green supply chain operation. How to balance the relationship betweenenvironmental benefits, economic benefits and social benefits, evaluation of greenperformance based on green supply chain of automotive industry is necessary.This paper study the evaluation of enterprise green performance based on greensupply chain of automotive industry on the basis of studying the domestic and foreignliteratures.The main content is as follows:The first chapter is about introduction. Include: background, traditionalmanufacturing industries green supply chain research, green economic behavior research,enterprise green performance evaluation research and the content and methods of thestudy.The second chapter is about the needed analysis of green performance evaluation ofautomotive manufacturing enterprise. Include: automotive industry development (China’sauto market situation analysis, the inadequate government’s macro-control and support,theweak capability of independent development and innovation, the large room forautomotive service industry,the low automotive industry concentration, the slow processof new energy automotive industry), the need for enterprises to implement green economicbehavior(the automobile has caused serious environmental pollution, the rapiddevelopment of the car add to the depletion of natural resources, corporate cost controldeficiencies resulting in decreased corporate profits), the need for green performanceevaluation of the car manufacturer.The third chapter is about analysis of green supply chain processes for theautomotive industry. Include: green supply chain processes for traditional manufacturing,reen supply chain processes for the automotive industry, internal variables constitute aboutgreen economic behavior of the car manufacturer.The fourth chapter is about building enterprise green performance evaluation indexsystem and evaluation model (AHP, Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method).The fifth chapter is about an empirical analysis.The combination of the theoretical research and empirical research and qualitativeanalysis and quantitative analysis are used in this paper. The innovation is identify theinternal variables of green economic behavior of Car manufacturer through the analysis of operational processes of green supply chain of automotive industry,then find the greenperformance evaluation indicators through the variables. This paper, on the one hand, willprovide judgment for green performance evaluation of the car manufacturer.On the otherhand, it will offer decision support for green supply chain management of the automotiveindustry.
