With the high-speed development of the socio-economic,Women have becomeincreasingly involved in economic and social, but also plays an increasingly important role.Female managers is not an unfamiliar word, they develop relations with China’s economicdevelopment. However, due to the special circumstances of our country, women on thecareer path is still difficult, the number of people took to management positions is stillvery small, less served as senior manager.China’s current research career development of female managers in relatively few,mostly theoretical research and empirical studies, the lack of valid empirical analysis. Andthe scope of the study is relatively narrow, biased in favor of women towards thebottleneck of the senior management. Quantitative scientific analysis of the main factorsto affect the career development of female managers, and then propose solutions to policy,become a necessary way for research and promote the vast number of women towardmanagement positions.This paper uses a combination of literature and empirical research methods. First, theapplication of multi-disciplinary theory to analyze the research status of women managersat home and abroad, and then find the point and innovation of this study. Secondly,analyze the status of the career development of women managers in China, showing thecharacteristics of the main problems. Based on these issues and the state of experts andscholars research, by factor analysis to find out the main aspects of the present study offemale managers. Again summarized the analysis of the results of factor analysis, andquestionnaire-based design. Used mean analysis and testing method to analyze the surveyresults. Divided into six aspects of gender, age, marital status, education, type oforganization and management levels to observe the main factors to affect our women tookto the management positions in different situations. Finally, on the basis of the results ofempirical analysis put forward the feasibility of solving strategies. These conclusions aredifferent from other research, having great significance for promoting the careerdevelopment of female managers.
